Description

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, finance or other equivalents, or professional degrees (eg. ACCA)
• At least 5 years of accounting experience. Hands on knowledge of inventory and fixed asset accounting
• Proficient in SAP, HFM and Microsoft office
• Independent and self-starter, highly organized and positive working attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Resilient team player who can juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines in fast paced and dynamic environment

• Perform ad hoc standard cost roll
• Perform stock adjustment and cycle count posting in system
• Provide and analyze weekly reports to support Operations
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting including journal entries, accounting schedules, balance sheet reconciliation
• Coordinating and conduct annual/bi-annual physical stock count and inventory management for various plants

• Manage full spectrum of Fixed asset activities
• Responsible for fixed asset report to ensure all assets are accountable

• Preparation and submission of board statistic surveys
• Support external tax and audit
• Perform SOX audit
• Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
